Real practice. Real mentorship. Learning that stays with you.
Delivered over 7 days (5 hours per day), this program covers foundational and intermediate Reformer movements alongside the core principles that support effective teaching.
You'll be introduced to strength training basics — so you understand not just how to move, but how to build strength, control, and progression within your classes.
This module sets the base for everything that follows, giving you the structure and confidence to continue developing into real teaching.
Designed for anyone who wants to build a strong, real foundation — not just tick a box.
Every topic is taught with the real teaching situation in mind — practical, applicable, grounded in what actually happens in a studio.
Explained practically — for teaching real bodies, not just passing exams.
Foundational and intermediate exercises including variations and modifications.
How to give clear, effective cues — and adjust when the first one doesn't land.
How to adapt for different bodies, abilities, and special populations.
Reformer setup, spring resistance, props — feel confident in any studio.
How to structure a 60-minute session that flows, builds, and feels good.
You teach from early in the program — with observation, feedback, and real support.
Understanding how to build strength and progression — not just perform exercises.
Every hour is intentional — built to develop your confidence through exposure, repetition, and real feedback.
No multiple choice. No theory paper. Your final assessment involves teaching live clients and being assessed on your ability to actually do the job.
You will be given up to 6 months after course completion to submit your teaching videos and complete your requirements. Throughout this process, you will be guided and supported through mentorship, with continuous feedback to help you build confidence and refine your teaching.
"Not just a certification — the ability to teach, communicate clearly, adapt with confidence, and handle real clients in a way that feels grounded and professional."
